Company’s Goal
The company’s goal is to become the leading non-emergency non-medical, and ADA compliant transportation and companion service provider in the United States offering both “on-demand” and recurring through automated solutions though our fully automated Ai customer service response and scheduling platform supported by a live-interaction ensuring direct and personal approach to customer service, offering dignity, independence, and peace of mind for every rider and their loved ones.
To support the local community in their need for best quality transportation and companion services particularly the seniors and physically challenged adults who lives independently or in licensed care facilities such as group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, including those with medical condition or personal/family issues, that are unable to transport themselves to meet their daily needs such as errands to the grocery, pharmacy, medical appointment, therapy, dialysis and other consultation appointments. Ride will also provide transportation and companion services to able-bodied and independent individuals who may need the services for their own personal purpose to accomplish certain simple tasks and errands that are seemingly impossible to accomplish at certain times.
